Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

4. Compliance with the Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
 We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

6. Right of Retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

7. Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

8. Return Costs

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Diminished Value of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
