General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the eBay platform between
ChipRefine – Trade in Electronic Components, Owner: [Name]
and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").

2. Conclusion of Contract
By listing an item on eBay, the Seller makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The Buyer accepts this offer by placing a bid (in the case of auctions) or by clicking the “Buy It Now” button. Upon acceptance, the contract is concluded.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All stated prices are final prices.
The Seller is a small business within the meaning of § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG) and therefore does not charge or show VAT.
Shipping costs are specified in the respective item description.

4. Delivery
Delivery is made within Germany via [e.g., DHL / Deutsche Post].
The delivery time is generally 2–5 working days after receipt of payment.

5. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered by eBay (e.g., eBay payment processing, PayPal, credit card).
The purchase price is due immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. The cancellation policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Warranty
The statutory provisions regarding liability for defects apply.
For used or refurbished goods, the warranty period is 12 months.

8. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

The Seller is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
